Privacy Policy of LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o

1. General information

 

  1. The data administrator is LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Wasrzawa at ul. Urocza 26, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000502141, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. REGON: 147165804. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secure servers. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description). For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the terms "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC. the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

  2. Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

 

§2. Data Administrator

 

  1. The service provider is the administrator of his clients' data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.

  2. Personal data is processed: a. In accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, b. In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. To the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and correctly implement the Services provided electronically, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

  6. The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

  7. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

  8. The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law.

  9. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.

  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

 

§3. Cookies

  1. The website mojlacanche.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites. The collected information relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

  2. We use the following cookies on our website: Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
    Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device.   • The service administrator uses external cookies for the following purposes:

  • Possibilities of determining the conditions of storing or gaining access by Cookies:

§4. Purposes and basics of processing

The purposes for processing your data have been specified. As the Administrator, we will process your data for the purpose of:

  1. acceptance of the order, conclusion and performance of the contract (provision of services), direct marketing of the services offered, our legitimate interest in the processing of data in order to establish, assert or defend any claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), necessary actions related to the full guarantee of security, archiving data regarding concluded contracts, placed orders and reported complaints, sending replies to comments, letters, applications, reservations, complaints, fulfilling the legal obligations of the entity LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o. some of your data, such as: name, surname, year of birth, city, data related to the Lacanche kitchen configuration requests, the image in the photos and videos will be visible to other users of the website and social media.

 

§5. Information about forms

  1. Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

  2. The website may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

  3. Data from the registration forms are displayed on the website www.mojlacanhe.pl

  4. Personal data provided in the registration form are registered by the website administrator in the register (GDPR)

  5. The person who completes the subscription form has the right to access, modify and request the cessation of the processing of their data at any time

  6. The data provided in the form is processed to prepare the Lacanche kitchen appraisal.

  1. You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will cease to process your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that there are valid legally valid grounds for us in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to determine, investigate or defense of claims.

  2. You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

  3. The processing of data until you withdraw your consent remains lawful.

 

§7. Data storage period

Your personal data resulting from concluded contracts or sent letters will be processed by:

  1. the period for which the services are provided;

  2. the period necessary to defend the Administrator's interests;

  3. the period for which the consent was granted;

  4. the period during which the provisions of law may oblige LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o. to process data for a specified period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act);

  5. your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - if the basis for the processing of your data was the legitimate interest of the Administrator or if the data was processed for direct marketing, including profiling.

Your data may be transferred:

  1. cooperating entities (organizers of sports competitions) and contractors (printing of starting numbers, sending SMS with information about the competition and the results);

  2. courier and postal companies that will deliver your parcels to you;

  3. law firms and law firms to which the entity LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o. commissioned, for example, proceedings;

  4. social networks, payment providers, entities that provide us with technical support; entities or bodies authorized under the provisions of law;

  3. the right to delete data, limit data processing;

  4. the right to object to data processing;

  5. the right to data portability;

  6. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

§10. Information on the voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract by LCF KUCHNIE Sp. z o. o. The result of failure to provide data, depending on the purpose for which the data is provided, may be the inability to use the services
